Firstly, a big thank you to the many health professionals, alcohol and other drug educators, schools, teachers and parents who have contacted us regarding the pending release of our 1st Drug and Alcohol Education Pack. We are pleased to say that our team are now in the final stages of bug testing so we optimistically anticipate this first pack of three courses to be released March/April 2014. These courses aim to provide important information about the physical and mental effects drugs and alcohol have on the human body. This pack includes three award winning 3Dme videos: Alcohol and Your Brain, Drugs and Depression, and ICE – Your Body Belongs to You; two of which were developed in conjunction with the Australian Lions Drug Awareness Foundation – ALDAF. These presentations take “a look inside” the human body to clearly explain what happens when drugs or alcohol enter the body. Each module includes a range of interactive learning activities to reinforce key concepts and record useful data analytics of learner progress so parents, teachers and educators can capture, track and evaluate the learning outcomes.
